B2B Shipping & Logistics Policy for Bulk Apparel Orders
This policy outlines the process, timelines, and responsibilities associated with the production and delivery of wholesale, custom-manufactured apparel, including streetwear, hoodies, tracksuits, and varsity jackets & more.
Manufacturing Lead Times:
We differentiate between the manufacturing phase and the shipping phase. Lead times begin once all details (design, sizing, fabric, and Pre-Production Sample (PPS) approval) are confirmed.
Standard Production:
Our typical lead time for bulk orders of sweatshirts,hoodies and tracksuits is 3-4 weeks.
Complex Orders:
Items requiring extensive customization or special materials (e.g., satin varsity jackets or complex MA-1 jackets) may require 4-6 weeks.
Rush Orders:
Subject to a 15-20% surcharge and prior approval based on current factory capacity.
Shipping & Freight Arrangements:
Ex Works (EXW) Basis:
Unless otherwise agreed, all pricing is quoted on an EXW basis. The buyer is responsible for arranging freight pickup from our facility Sialkot,Punjab,Pakistan.
FOB/CIF Quotes:
We can provide quotes for FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) upon request. This arrangement shifts responsibility for freight arrangements and costs to us up to a specified port.
Shipping Carriers:
We utilize major international carriers FedEx, DHL, UPS for smaller air freight orders and work with established freight forwarders for large Air Freight (Airport to Airport) & sea container shipments.
Delivery Timeline & Tracking:
In-House Preparation:
Once production is complete, we require 3-5 business days for final Quality Assurance (QA) inspection, packaging, and preparation of commercial invoices/packing lists.
Tracking:
Once the shipment is handed over to the agreed-upon carrier, a Master Tracking Number (or Bill of Lading) will be provided for real-time tracking.
Delays:
BRAND STUFF is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, freight forwarder errors, or unexpected force majeure events weather, port strikes.
Packaging and Damages:
All bulk apparel is packed in protective poly-bags and durable cartons suitable for international shipping.
Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon pickup by the carrier at the agreed-upon location (in accordance with the quoted Incoterms, EXW or FOB).
Claims:
Claims for goods damaged during transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the buyer. We will assist by providing necessary documentation.
