Manufacturer Private Label/B2B Return Policy: Wholesale & Custom Apparel
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and claims related to bulk orders, custom-branded merchandise, and blank wholesale apparel supplied by BRAND STUFF.
Scope and Eligibility for Returns:
As a dedicated clothing manufacturing company, our return policy is focused primarily on addressing manufacturing defects and issues with blank goods, rather than standard consumer returns.
Eligibility Window:
You must notify us of any claim within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment. Claims reported after this period cannot be processed.
Eligible Items:
Items with clear and verifiable manufacturing defects incorrect stitching, sizing errors exceeding tolerance, fabric flaws.
Blank wholesale apparel (like our oversized sweatshirts or tracksuits) returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition (subject to restocking fees).
Ineligible Items (Final Sale):
Goods that have been custom-branded (printed, embroidered, relabeled) after client final approval (Proof-of-Concept/Pre-Production Sample) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the defect is directly related to the original manufacturing of the garment itself.

Return Process and Required Documentation:
To ensure a swift resolution for your claim, please follow these steps:
Initiate Contact:
Email our Quality Assurance (QA) team at info@brand-stuff.com, brandstuffpk@gmail.com within the 14-day window.
Provide Documentation:
Include your original Purchase Order (PO) number, the style number (e.g., ma1 jackets or satin varsity jackets), the quantity affected, and detailed photographs or video clearly showing the defect.
QA Review:
Our team will review the documentation within 3 business days to determine if the claim meets our defect criteria.
Return Method:
If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and arrange for a return label (ReturnByMail). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Remedies and Fees:
Confirmed Manufacturing Defect:
Exchange and Replacement (First Priority) or Store Credit (Refund Type)Free Return (We cover shipping and replacement costs).
Unused Blank Returns (Approved only):
Store Credit or Refund (less fees) Restocking Fee (Typically 15% of the goods value). Client covers return shipping.
Custom Order Cancellation (Pre-Production):
Refund on Deposit (less costs incurred).Custom fee based on stage of production.
Policy Enforcement and Quality Assurance:
We maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing of all our garments, including hoodies, sweatshirts, and sports jackets. By submitting a Purchase Order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts our manufacturing tolerances for sizing, color matching (based on approved Pantone codes), and minor stitching variations. Our policy is designed to protect both the buyer from critical failures and the manufacturer from misuse.
