1. Orders, Quotations & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on approved specifications.
Quotations may change if materials, quantities, trims, branding, or artwork are modified.

Any manufacturing issues must be reported within 7 days after receiving the shipment.
Resolution
If a verified manufacturing defect exists, Brand Stuff may provide:

Partial Compensation
This excludes problems resulting from customer-approved specifications or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of:

Designs
Patterns
Brand Identity

Packaging Designs
Brand Stuff claims no ownership over client intellectual property.
Confidentiality
All customer information is handled confidentially.
Without written authorization, Brand Stuff will never:

8. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Production
Cancellation requests may be accepted before production starts.
During Production
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because materials have already been purchased and manufacturing has commenced.
9. Force Majeure
Brand Stuff is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Earthquakes
War
Government Restrictions
Pandemics

Production schedules will resume once conditions normalize.
